At 16 days old, Roman (and Roman's mommie and daddy) needed a vacation. So we flew to Orlando to traipse around theme parks with family, of course, as one does with a two week old baby, while Doolin went to Spring Camp here in Manhattan.
At Hollywood Studios, Roman saw his first 3D movie (Muppet Vision 3D).
Later, at the Magic Kingdom, we converged outside of Sleeping Beauty's castle on a warm, sunny afternoon.
We played all day and finally took our leave down Main Street after watching the electrical parade.
(someone might have fallen asleep for that part)
We visited Universal Studios on another day and took Roman on the Hogwarts Express.
We all had fun at the castle, although our littlest wizard was too small to ride.
When we tired of the sights, we retired to the lakefront for a quiet afternoon...
...and an early dinner at Margaritaville.
(he is exhausted from all of that sleeping, you know)
Back at the hotel, we relaxed by the pool...
...and we napped!
And of course we bought little Roman an appropriate souvenir from his adventure.
