Turkey burger (cooked at home and reheated at the office) on a roll with cheddar cheese, homemade garlic mayo and giant sweet pickle slices.
My coworker is also on a diet. She's doing Jenny Craig meals and was totally jealous of my burger. But I counted the calories and I should be okay ~ I'd rather eat real food as much as I can. We both seem to be having success, though, with our very different plans.

Taco soup, with beans, ground turkey, red peppers, green peppers, HOT peppers, CSA spring garlic, tomatoes, topped with queso fresco, scallions and low fat sour cream.
All you people out there complaining about the heat - you do know that spicy foods cool your body? Grab yourselves some jalapenos to munch and turn off that AC!
