And my travels continue.
This time, for work, I have come to Canada! Last week, I spent a few whirlwind days in Toronto. I really didn't get to see much besides the Eaton Center.
This week...Vancouver!
The view from my room at the Marriott:
And if I look straight down at night...the Olympic torch!
Very cool! I'm a fan of Canada so far...although most of my time here has been spent working, working, working.
I have made a few stops at Mario's Coffee. You have to love the hours...
And then there was this classic sign in a local Vietnamese restaurant:
I escaped the clutches of my captors bosses for an evening and we traveled to Granville Island for some shopping.
It was a lovely place, with a market, artists' shops and...yarn!
We stopped by the Fibre Arts Studio! And I bought a little something, of course.
And maybe a little something else...
...and, well...
...okay, I bought a lot! But it's all special Vancouver yarn!
Well, as you can tell, this trip was a success! So it's back to NYC ever so briefly and then on to more adventures...in Salt Lake City and THAILAND!

I have not checked your blog for a while, and what do I see? A little one is on the way! Congratulations to you and Ben, how very exciting. You have kept that a secret for a long time. And you are still traveling? To Thailand?
