And Then It Snowed

As if a hurricane last week wasn't enough, now Doolin and I are sitting here watch snow drift up the sides of our building.

At least I went out prepared the morning, clad in those snow boots I bought last winter and never had a chance to wear.

I spent the day in the NYC office (I haven't made it out to New Jersey since Sandy blew through) watching snow pummel the skyline.  This evening it all went downhill.

On my way to dinner, the cars were covered.

By the time we made it home, our city was blanketed in winter white.

We dressed Doo in weather-appropriate attire...

 

PS: He hates me now...

...but he's warm!

And we took him into the cold.

Wow, so many posts I have missed. Thanks for posting, and I am glad you, Ben and the little one weathered the storm OK. I guess your neighborhood did not have a power outage, unfortunately mine did. Not fun.
