So I bought yarn at Vogue Knitting Live.
Meet my new skein of Merisoft Hand Painted 100% merino that has been drafted into service for the test knit of my Mall Cowl pattern! This third rendition and I am using this one to absolutely confirm that I didn't include any erroneous details to throw you astray when you go to make your own.
I've used such very different yarns for these cowls and I just love how they are all evolving!
I should wrap this one up soon and have the pattern out to you with the whole trio of Mall Cowl pictures. I'm actually using a new knitting technique (the Norwegian Purl stitch!) as I knit this version. It's just a different way I learned of doing a purl and not anything special that you need to know to make the cowl, which is mostly composed just purling.
And...there is certainly more Vogue Knitting yarn captures to share coming up as well!

Nice and bright too - just to ward off any impending snow headed your way.

That stitch pattern is very interesting, and the color is gorgeous. I can’t wait to see your specs.
