I just can't stop taking pictures with my new camera. I want to capture every little thing. Like the light fixtures in my favorite morning coffee stop.
And even the oranges and grapefruits, waiting patiently to be juiced, demanded my attention.
Here, have a croissant.
Other than snapping photos when I can, I've been swamped with school, work and watching the Yankees WIN THE WORLD SERIES! (Actually, I have the ticker-tape parade through the Canyon of Heroes playing on the office TV in front of me right now.)
Ben and I snuck to the theater to see Still Life on Halloween day - I'd highly recommend that you see it, but, unfortunately, it closed the day after. Sad, because it was a lovely show.
Speaking of Halloween, Ben and I made it to a party; he dressed as the Grim Reaper and I became a fallen angel (or a bad fairy, however you see it). I hadn't acquired my awesome new camera yet, so I'm swiping a photo from friends to show you.
The party got a little weird as the night wore on...
It's busy here and the knitting is slacking. I did cast on for a new project, but I haven't found the proper sunbeam to capture a photo of it yet. Perhaps in the next post.
