Thanks, guys, for your sweet comments about My Central Park Hoodie! You are the best.
So here you go, here's a rainbow for you on this bleak, cold, rainy
winter spring day. This is the current state of my Mission Falls 1824 Cotton Striped Blanket.
It's kind of big. I mean, kinda bigger than I meant it to be. But I like it.
Yesterday was one of those long, painful days; you know, the kind that makes me want to run away and hide in a nook by the fireplace in some decrepit old castle in Ireland, or curl up on the stone floor of a small Tuscan kitchen with a loaf of warm bread and some fresh goat butter.
I plowed through 12 grueling hours at the office, slogged through 4 pages of an Advanced Strategy Analysis paper, then zoned out with a few rows of cheerful rainbow garter stitch while the cat kept me awake by snurgling at me and pawing for attention. Then I clipped my toenails.
Exciting, this big city life.
